Snow Snow Snow

Well, I guess my last post wasn't Winter's Last Hurrah! This past weekend the 2nd Annual Chicagoland Snow Sculpting Contest was held in Schaumburg. It really is amazing what they can do with a pile of snow! There were professional and high school teams that created about 20 sculptures. The contest was originally scheduled for the middle of January, but our weather was in the 50's at that time so it was postponed. This weekend it was REALLY cold. Great for the snow sculptures - not good for people. We walked quickly around the sculptures and then went home to warm up!
